Maximum part weight: 230-250 tons; Maximum opening diameter: 5,500mm; Maximum length: 24m. The length of nuclear energy forgings can reach more than 20m, and the length of large marine crankshafts exceeds 20m.
Ring Rolling Capabilities:
The ring rolling machines ranging from 0.6m to 10m. and can produce ring components for aerospace engines and gas turbines, covering a processing size range from 200mm to 10,000mm.
Application Cases:
·In China, we have achieved the production of 10 - meter - class rings, which are mainly used for wind turbine tower flanges.
·In 2023, we successfully rolled 11.8 - meter - diameter oversized ring parts for applications in the wind power, aerospace, and other fields.
