TC4 titanium alloy combines excellent corrosion resistance, good mechanical strength and low density (about 4.5 kg/dm3).

TC4 titanium alloy is a heat-treatable titanium alloy product that can be processed up to 25mm (solution heat treatment + aging), and the 

maximum operating temperature can reach 400°C. This material has good formability and excellent specific strength, so it is widely used in 

aerospace and motorsports. Approximately 50% of the global titanium alloy procurement volume is TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V).
